Glamorgan Gates Flora

Made from an Oak stem, this collection of local flora was commissioned by Glamorgan Gates, an out-reach organisation working in Merthyr Tydfil, funded by the University of Glamorgan.

The timber was supplied by Isca Hardwoods and carved at a council yard behind Cyfarthfa castle, then installed on the Trevithick Trail, a new cycle path recently opened, running down the eastern side of the valley.
